Based on the concept discussed by Anderson (2021), the Beloved Language Community(TM) adopts the original principle conceived by Dr. Howard Thurman in liberation theology and further discussed by Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King. This space is a collective space centered on Blackness, language, and our Diasporic identity as idealized for Black bilinguals. It shares organizations, people, and resources that promote and elevate black bilingualism within the African Diaspora.
Feel free to share this space! If you would like your organization to be included, contact kami@bilingualbrownbabies.net
