Yo girl did a TEDx Talk!
As a public scholar, I know that my research and expertise can shift the discourse regarding Black children and world languages. ​I believe it is my duty as an Afrocentric, womanist scholar to make "good trouble" in a way that reaches the Diaspora.

I have written evidence-based white papers that support discourse on raising Black bilingual children from all walks of life. The papers are intended for academic and advocacy use and to be distributed among scholars, educators, institutions, and organizations with the intentional mission of supporting and promoting excellence in Black youth.
